Bible Reading Question Log: Keep Questions Open Until You Check a Source
A question log lets a reader hold uncertainty without rushing to an answer. Record where a question appeared, what the text shows, which source you will check, and whether the conclusion is still provisional.

Give each question an ID
Use a short number, verse reference, question type, and status. Statuses such as observe, compare, source-check, provisional, and resolved make the next step visible without pretending every question has one answer.
A supported case names its passage and source. An open case records the evidence already checked and says what is still unknown. Both are successful entries because both are traceable.
First reread the paragraph. Then compare a translation or cross-reference. Then consult an identified educational or scholarly source. Record what each source can and cannot establish.
The worksheet should not request prayer drafts, medical details, or personal crisis disclosures. It is a reading tool. If a question becomes pastoral or safety-related, seek an appropriate human community or professional service.
